J2A Confirmation class—9th & 10th graders meet for their Confirmation program this year at 9:30-10:15 Sunday mornings in the Youth Room on the main floor. Confirmation classes are held only every two years, so if you have a Freshman or Sophomore interested in Confirmation, please come, beginning September 12. Advisors are Linda Ivey and Bob Pritchard.


J2A stands for "Journey to Adulthood," what we call our youth in their pre-confirmation years.  J2A groups typically serve at the Loaves and Fishes food pantry in New Haven, support the Chapel on the Green services, also in New Haven, make cookies for families of prisoners at our Cheshire prison, help at the St. Peter's Horse Show and the Pumpkin Patch.

Youth Progressive Dinner, Sept 11

All High School Youth are invited to a Progressive Dinner, sponsored by the Children and Youth Team, on Saturday, September 11. Meet at the church at 4PM and ride by van to three homes for appetizers, games, dinner and dessert. Finish back at church at 8PM. Sign up at St. Peter's on the Board of Opportunity. You're welcome to bring high school age friends but sign them up, please.
